Keeping Jazz Alive – Bringing Bourbon Street to Broad Street

Celebrate Trenton’s jazz tradition! Mercer County Community College will honor retired MCCC Vice President Dr. Diane Campbell and Mr. Donald Davis, founder of MCCC’s Youth College with this event in conjunction with WWFM JazzOn2. The evening will include performances by two local bands and New Orleans cuisine. There will also be an exhibit devoted to Trenton native Sarah Dash, a key member of LaBelle and former ambassador of music for the City of Trenton.

This event is part of MCCC’s Black History Month observance.

Other event partners include MCCC’s Gear-Up program, the NJ Department of Education and the NAACP.
