US based bass player Mark Wade will be in the UK between February 3rd and 9th. As well as teaching he will be performing, alongside pianist Mark Marconi and drummer Emiliano Caroselli, at The Bear Club in Luton (Feb 5th), Club 606 in Chelsea (Feb 6th), and The Prima Jazz Club, Genting, Southend (Feb 8th).

I am very pleased to say that I will be at the Southend gig, which I will review for this blog, and hope to meet Mark at some point during the evening to find out more about his forthcoming album release due to be recorded in May of this year.
